I like when the cinnamon forms a rim around the cup as though I did it on purpose.

I’m just trying to get it inside the cup, and then the laws of physics have their own interpretation.

Lately I’ve been putting ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon in my morning coffee. It’s lovely. I can’t take credit for it myself, I credit the gut health microbiome food-is-medicine type of YouTube gurus.

It’s warm and nourishing and I highly recommend it. I think I like the taste better than naked coffee, at least now that I’m used to it.

Only the cinnamon seems to land on the lip. The ginger and turmeric all ends up in the cup. Or does it? If you look closely I guess I do see some ginger on the lip. Cinnamon just gets more credit because it’s darker.
